About

This blog will be updated in the weeks leading up to each excavation season and will be used to inform everyone about the daily (hopefully) discoveries from all the fields being excavated at Jalul.  Students workers and supervisors will be posting and new content such as pictures and videos will be added.

  1. Very much enjoying your blog, and greetings from St. Helena CA. My husband and I visited your site in 2007 when we volunteered with the Hesban group. After our 1st week of digging and then twisting my ankle, I was able to experience the life of assistant registrar – so it is great fun reading about your work. We wish you continued success this season and a bit cooler weather. Judy

  6. Could you please send me any information (or where to find it) that you may have on Late Bronze age Jalul? I would appreciate it very much. If you have any article/report in PDF file, that would be great!
I can give you my email if your response is positive. Thanks.
